At Rainbow Ridge Farm, we embrace the beauty and power of horses to create profound connections and transformative experiences.

Equine Informed Awareness

At Rainbow Ridge Farm in Western Australia, Elizabeth Woodall (Denniss) offers Equine Informed Awareness experiences through her business Capall—a gentle, immersive approach to healing, emotional regulation, and personal growth in the presence of wild-born horses. Capall, the Celtic word for horse, reflects Elizabeth’s Irish heritage and her deep reverence for the ancient wisdom carried by these animals.

With Level 2 Australian Equine Facilitated Learning practitioner qualifications and years of experience guiding others through trauma and transformation, Elizabeth brings both professional insight and heartfelt empathy to this work. Her sessions are grounded in nature, intuition, and the quiet rhythm of equine connection.

Capall is not about riding—it’s about being. Through stillness, observation, and relational presence, participants are invited to explore mindfulness, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with their inner clarity. The horses’ stories, shared in Elizabeth’s debut book Horses, Heartache & Healing, offer powerful reflections on grief, healing, and the journey back to wholeness. Whether you are seeking grounding, navigating change, or simply longing to feel more present, Capall offers a space where healing unfolds one hoofbeat at a time.
