Life Coaching
Elizabeth offers one-on-one coaching sessions for women navigating career change, menopause, perimenopause and late neurodivergent diagnosis.
Sessions are available in-person at Rainbow Ridge Farm or online via Zoom.
Includes tailored resources and optional journal prompts.
Equine Informed Awareness
(Capall)
Capall sessions are immersive, non-riding experiences with wild-born horses, designed to foster mindfulness, emotional regulation, and healing. Each session is held at Rainbow Ridge Farm and includes time for reflection and integration.
Sessions may include guided meditation, nature-based reflection and facilitated equine interaction.
Consulting Services
Elizabeth and Aaron offer consulting services for aligned individuals and organizations. Pricing varies based on project scope and delivery format.

Booking & Payments
- All sessions must be booked in advance via our contact page or by emailing us directly.
- Payment is required prior to your session and can be made by bank transfer.
- Concession pricing is available upon request for eligible clients.
- Gift vouchers are available for all services.
Travel & Accommodation Policy
- Travel to locations within 75km of Rainbow Ridge Farm is included at no additional cost. For sessions or consulting engagements beyond this radius, travel fees are calculated in alignment with Australian Tax Office (ATO) travel rates.
- If overnight travel is required, accommodation and meal costs will be charged separatly and discussed transparently during the booking process. We are happy to provide a tailored quote based on your location and session type.
